The illustration shows two women mistreating a poor man who dropped his meal tray on one of the women's pretty thigh-high boots.
Sometimes an idea for a drawing just pops into your head and sticks there. I was really enthusiastic about drawing a scene where a woman's boots were stained with food. Obviously, the angry woman would end up crushing the meal into mush, and to make the clumsy man pay, she would force him to clean it all up with his tongue.
